1. CREAMY CHICKEN ALFREDO PENNE

 

Ingredients:

 

1 lb penne pasta

2 chicken breasts, diced

2 tbsp butter

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

Parsley for garnish

 

Instructions:

Cook the penne until al dente. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in butter until golden and fully cooked. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer. Add parmesan cheese and stir until creamy. Mix in the cooked penne and coat well. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.

 

2. PENNE BOLOGNESE

 

Ingredients:

 

1 lb penne pasta

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp olive oil

½ onion, chopped

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups tomato sauce

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

Parmesan cheese and parsley

 

Instructions:

Cook the penne and set aside. In a pan, heat olive oil and cook the onion until soft. Add garlic and ground beef, cooking until browned. Stir in tomato paste, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add the penne and mix until fully coated. Serve with parmesan and parsley.

 

3. CAJUN SHRIMP PENNE

 

Ingredients:

 

1 lb penne pasta

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

½ red bell pepper, sliced

½ green bell pepper, sliced

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

½ cup parmesan cheese

Parsley for garnish

 

Instructions:

Cook the penne and set aside. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning. In a pan, melt butter and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, then remove. Add bell peppers and garlic to the same pan. Pour in heavy cream and parmesan, stirring until creamy. Add the penne and shrimp back in. Mix well and garnish with parsley.
