Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
2 lbs beef stew meat
1 packet onion soup mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream
12 oz egg noodles
Instructions
Add beef stew meat to the slow cooker.
Top with mushrooms.
Add soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and cook on LOW 7–8 hours.
Stir in sour cream.
Serve over cooked egg noodles.
